Our 3rd Anniversary!

I can't believe it's been 3 years...it seems like so long ago and not that long ago all at the same time. Unfortunately no trip to the Dominican but we are going out for a fabulous dinner! Happy Anniversary DJ - it's been a wonderful 3 years and there will be many more! (the pics are from our favorite photographers from our wedding)

A Day at the Office

According to the University calendar we had or will have our Memorial Holiday on with December 24th, 29th, 30th or 31st...we are not sure, but we think we're getting the raw end of the deal! Although we love having a week of at Christmas we miss the little holidays throughout the year! Enjoy your day off...

Garden Update

In a previous post I told you we planted a garden, with a little help. Our update is we can see the fruit starting to grow! I wonder how much longer until the tomatoes and cucumber are ready to eat?

I Wore the Dress!

Monday night I attended the South Carolina Hall of Fame dinner with my dad. The USC Equestrian team received the Special Achievement Award. The team was recognized for their past championships and success, congrats ladies! And I finally had an occasion to wear the dress you all convinced me to keep. I the dress was really cute and I had lots of comments on it.

Bennett's Baptism

We spent Saturday and Sunday in Charleston for Bennett's Baptism. Tripp was under the weather do Uncle DJ came to the rescue and babysat Sunday morning while we attended church. Mom was down at Edisto with some girlfriends from high school, but some how we all made it!

On the Road Again...

I'm off again to Texas for Equestrian meetings then Atlanta for a NCAA meeting. It will be a long week, but will get to see lots of colleagues that are scattered all over the country. We have one big summer trips planned, we are heading to Minnesota to visit Gramma & Grandpa Strub. I think Cathy, Leroy and Casey will all try to make it up to the lake to see us while we are there. I'm sure we'll make a couple trips to Charleston and then a long weekend at Edisto Labor Day weekend to end the summer. What are your summer plans? Are you headed anywhere exotic or really fun?
